The MAC provides Marion County citizens one central agency to contact for requesting services, obtaining information, or registering complaints. The MAC is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with walk-in service from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Individuals and families needing help can get direct assistance and referrals to services by calling The HELPLINE at 2-1-1 or www.imcpl.org/cgi-bin/irntop.pl.  It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
